We had our windows replaced many years ago by another company. When my mower threw a rock and busted a window, I tried to call the company that had sold us the windows and their “lifetime” warranty but to no avail. They had gone out of business. We decided to call WIndow World to help us, and the installation crew did a great job. They went above and beyond our expectations!

Our salesman, Jeremy, did a good job explaining about our options on the sliding patio door we purchased as inside and outside colors that were available. The installers did a great job. It looks and works great. They picked up after installation. We are very pleased.

Jeremy listened to my needs and went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted. He even sent me the change form that I requested the day before the installation. The installation crew led by Brian was very courteous and made the windows look great with the trim that they installed.

We purchased all new windows, siding, shutters, guttering, and front and back Larson storm doors. The installers arrived at appointed times, were courteous and aware of our needs. They did an excellent, timely job! They were very meticulous and efficient. We were surprised at how neat they left everything each evening. We are VERY pleased with our new purchases and the staff that took care of us. Great job, Window World of Paducah!
