Salesman was very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful in finding the best window for our needs and was not pushy at all.
Emily was very friendly and let us know when the windows were in and scheduled a time for them to be installed.
Installers were very courteous, precise and even cleaned up after themselves.
We are very pleased with our experience with Window World and will recommend them to others!

Joe and Scott done a perfect job on the install of our 11 windows. They cleaned up flawlessly, nothing left behind. Didn't damage nothing, and that was one of my concerns because we had just had the house totally painted before the install. They were very friendly and courteous. I couldn't as for a better pair of installers and the windows look great. We recently had our house fitted with new windows by Window World of Paducah, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, courteous, and arrived on time. The installation was completed with great attention to detail, and they made sure everything was clean before they left.
The new windows look fantastic, have already made a noticeable difference in comfort and energy efficiency, and have really improved the appearance of our home. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions.
If you’re looking for quality windows and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Window World of Paducah. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

The salesperson was very professional when he came out to speak with me. The installation guys were in and out within about 6 hours for 7 windows. What took the most time was getting the old windows out since my house is over a hundred years old. The new windows are a big improvement over the old ones! I will say Window World was economically better than the other company I had come out to give me a quote. The quality of the windows is just as good if not better!

This is the 3rd home we have replaced windows in. Feldco did the first. Renewal by Anderson did the second and Window World just replaced 4 windows and a patio door for us. Window World was by far the best. We are so pleased with the price, the quality of window, professionalism of installation and appearance of the window from Window World. The windows were clean, stickers removed and area of installation cleaned. I would highly recommend Window World. They are the absolute best!

Had a front door and storm door installed today. I would not hesitate to use Window World of Paducah again. From the salesman Scott, to our installer Kevin, to Tyler who came out to check on the installation. The process was seamless. We are thrilled with the outcome. Thank you

I got all my windows replaced by them in 2013. They were very affordable and I noticed right away a reduction in the outside noise. They have technicians for repair services as all things wear and tear. They are helpful.
